Guest Post By International Thespian, Michela Carattini

I'm heading to Thailand to train in Muay Thai. Twice a day, Monday through Saturday, with a light 20 minute training on Sundays. This is my third time doing this.  It's tough and a lot of fun!

Nonetheless, the entertainment industry is brutal when it comes to weight and we all should be careful in our attempts to the be the "right" size.

This link by Michela Carattini, co-founder of Actors Gone Global, makes it plain. Today's post

Size Matters:  The when, why, and how of an actor's body weight.

I hope you enjoyed the post from Michela! Please reply in the comments below with your thoughts on industryt weight standard or inquiries on acting in a foreign country.
